In December, 2004, the ground work was started for our belated 35th class reunion. By mid January the first set of "plans" went into action. However, by March those plans had to be put aside. It was then decided that our event was to be held at the Oaks Fire Company on the evening of July 16th, 2005. A second set of invitations went out and people started to respond.

Through the generosity of Stephanie Pufko Umbach and her family, it was decided that we should first meet on Friday, July 15th at the Sly Fox in Royersford.

Thanks to the electronic age, we were able to locate people from far and wide. Classmates came from the tri-state area along with those who traveled from Florida, Georgia and even Idaho. Approximately 60 people were there on Friday night, while only 40 were able to attend on Saturday.

On Saturday night 50/50 tickets were sold and Gwen Hallman Hoy won and graciously donated her winnings back into the reunion fund. Door prizes were awarded, which were donated by Ken Gardner. Also, a silent auction was held with Jim Grauer taking home the majority of those!

Everyone had a GREAT time, both evenings, meeting everyone again. This was especially true for those who have not been able to make past reunions.

Plans have already started for our 40th reunion to be held in 2009. Any and all suggestions will be considered and later placed online for a vote. Please make your suggestions on this website, and tell all the classmates you know. Lets try to get as many people to the next reunion as possible!
